I can't believe it's already June. 6 months have gone by, and I couldn't be happier with my results and how this site has started to grow. It's great that after February and March's losing streak, I had winning months in both April and May, which completely recovered me from the losses I had.
I have a lot less stress now that I'm not having to put in so many bets all day long. American sports are mostly played at night and on the weekends, when I don't have to work at my day job.
I didn't like how I would have to get up from my desk and go place bets at random times, sometimes taking 10-15 minutes. Doing this every once in awhile is fine, but when I was doing it multiple times a day, it got annoying.
It's important to get your bets in when the handicapper releases them, because you want to get the same (or better) odds than what was released.
I'm busy at work. I have meetings. I like it a lot more now that I can better manage my time. As I've said in previous posts, if I were doing this full-time, then it wouldn't bother me one bit to have to place bets all day long, since that would be my full-time job. Until then, I have to limit what I'm doing.
I made a total of 373 bets. I went 207-153, giving me a 57.5% win rate. I put a total of $13,013 into action, and made a net profit of $716.16, producing a 5.5% yield.
I did the best in MMA, and I did the worst in tennis.
I made the most money at 5Dimes, while I lost the most money at Bovada. I made most of my bets at BetOnline.
I had 58 bets total for my CF system, and I went 28-30, giving me a 48.3% win rate. I put a total of $2,164 into action, and I made a net loss of -$180.23, producing a -8.33% yield.
I've noticed that my live betting system hasn't been producing a lot of bets lately, now that it's pretty much just baseball season. NBA and NHL playoffs are winding down. The bulk of my live betting system profits came from the NBA.
MLB has definitely been profitable, and I'm curious to see what the season results will be in October.
I had 36 bets for my live betting system, and went 21-15, giving me a 58.3% win rate. I put a total of $1,280 into action, and I made a net profit of $81.39, producing a 6.36% yield.
My newest system had a great month. It definitely has a lot more plays than my main live betting system does, so it gives me more action during the summer.
At this point, it's just a baseball system. I won't be betting it for any other sport, because I don't have any data to back it up. I will be tracking how the system does in other sports, but for now, it's strictly baseball.
I had 31 bets, and went 19-12, giving me a 61.3% win rate. I put a total of $1,334 into action, and I made a net profit of $190.02, producing a 14.24% yield.
John continues to be just as reliable and consistent as he's always been.
There were 16 picks, and they went 11-4, giving me a 73.3% win rate. I put a total of $614 into action, and made a net profit of $276.73, producing a 45.07% yield.
I definitely wouldn't pay for these picks, because of the overall lower ROI they return, but for free picks, I think they're worth it.
There were 7 picks, and they went 4-2, giving me a 66.7% win rate. I put a total of $258 into action, and made a net profit of $21.46, producing a 8.32% yield.
I will be a subscriber of Bookie Insiders for a long time. Rob is a really great handicapper.
There were 6 picks, and they went 4-1. I put a total of $228 into action, and made a net profit of $73.90, producing a 32.41% yield.
I love the high win rate that Banker offers, and even though we're betting really large favorites, the service is definitely profitable.
There were 28 picks, and they went 25-3, giving me an 89.3% win rate. I put a total of $973 into action, and made a net profit of $157.24, producing a 16.16% yield.
Another great handicapper under the Bookie Insiders umbrella.
There were 53 picks, and they went 27-21, giving me a 56.3% win rate. I put a total of $1,795 into action, and made a net profit of $113.92, producing a 6.35% yield.
Since I started back on December 5, 2016, I have made a total of 2,051 bets. My total record is 1,102-910, giving me a 54.8% win rate.
I have put a total of $76,579.50 into action, and have made a net profit of $2,408.84, producing a 3.15% return on turnover. My Return on Capital is 109%, which is incredibly impressive.
The average odds of my bets are -104, and my average bet size is risking $37.61.
I have made the most profit in MMA, with NBA and MLB a close second. NHL has produced the worst return for me, but I look forward to seeing how it does next year.
I made the most money placing my bets at BetOnline, and I've lost the most money at Pinnacle. I've made the most of my bets at BetOnline, with Pinnacle coming in 2nd.

Well, I have been at this for 177 days now. That's an average of 11.6 bets per day. My average daily profit currently sits at $13.61, which is an average monthly profit of $413.95.
As for the Profit Performance graph, I'm very happy with it. Ever since I went back to the basics and dropped a lot of the handicappers and stuck with my original plan, it's been recovering very nicely.
I think it's great that the new upward growth looks very similar to how it did in the very beginning.
I'm very happy with the results that I've been having.
This has been a lot of work, but I've enjoyed every minute of it. Even the losing streaks, because they make me a better investor.
Eventually, my bankroll will be large enough that I can do this full-time. I'll have so much more time available to grow my business, and that's my biggest setback right now.
It takes a lot of time to start a business. The system management (you have no idea how much data scraping goes into my sports betting systems), placing and recording the bets themselves, and then this website.
Hopefully when I write my June update, I'll pass my first goal/milestone that I set for myself: an average of $500 a month in income.
I'm so close, and I've got a special Cuban cigar and a bottle of Costa Rican Ron Centenario 30 to celebrate when that day arrives.
Steve firmly believes that most meals can be improved with mac n cheese. When he's not helping people make money betting on sports, Steve loves mountain biking, playing video games with his son, & annoying his wife. Oh, and he's a big Dallas Cowboys fan. Don't hate.
