Last week's "back to basics" cleanup made this week much more enjoyable. I didn't put in as much action, and I made a profit. Making $150 in a week doesn't seem like much, especially considering how much time I put into this, but then when I think of where I'm going to be in a year, it makes me really excited.
Sure, making $150 a week doesn't seem worth it right now, but when I reach the point where I can bet 10x the amount I do now, it does make it worth it. I can easily live off of $1,500 a week, and I know that I'm well on my way to doing just that.
I started this around 5-6 months ago, and I'm averaging about $300 a month in profit. Once I grow my bankroll to 10x what it is now, that's an average profit of $3,000 a month, which is a really great income for where I live.
These numbers aren't even a true representation of what I can expect, because I lost a few thousand dollars by following a couple of handicappers that weren't at all profitable for me.
I made a total of 83 bets. I went 47-29, giving me a 61.8% win rate. I put a total of $2,792 into action, and made a net profit of $157.08, producing a 5.63% yield.
I did the best in the NBA, and I did the worst in MLB.
I made the most money at 5Dimes, while I lost the most money at BetOnline. I made most of my bets at Pinnacle.
I had 10 bets total for my free pick system, and I went 4-6, giving me a 40% win rate. I put a total of $334 into action, and I made a net loss of -$76.51, producing a -22.91% yield.
I had 11 bets for my live betting system, and went 6-5, giving me a 54.5% win rate. I put a total of $361 into action, and I made a net loss of -$4.94, producing a -1.37% yield.
There were 10 picks, and they went 6-3, giving me a 66.7% win rate. I put a total of $350 into action, and I made a net profit of $56.47, producing a 16.13% yield.
There were 3 picks, and they went 1-1, giving me a 50% win rate. I put a total of $105 into action, and made a net profit of $1.75, producing a 1.67% ROI.
There were 3 picks, and they went 1-1, giving me a 50% win rate. I put a total of $105 into action, and made a net loss of -$5.34, producing a -5.09% ROI.
There were 8 picks, and they went 8-0, giving me a 100% win rate. I put a total of $271 into action, and made a net profit of $73.79, producing a 27.23% yield.
I'm not really impressed with the Banker Value Picks service. I know it's only been out such a short time, but to be honest, there's no long-term records on this service. I'm not paying anything extra for it; it was included as part of the Banker Bets service I'm already paying for.
I didn't bet Sunday's picks, and they went 0-3. Since I didn't bet them, I didn't include them in the record, but the service has been off to a bad start.
Since there's no long-term tracked record for it, I'm not going to be betting on these picks anymore. I'll continue with the original Banker Bets service, though.
There were 12 picks, and they went 7-4, giving me a 63.6% win rate. I put a total of $402 into action, and made a net profit of $4.86, producing a 1.21% yield.

There were 11 picks, and they went 6-3, giving me a 66.7% win rate. I put a total of $366 into action, and made a net profit of $94.65, producing a 25.86% yield.
Since I started back on December 5, 2016, I have made a total of 1,912 bets. My total record is 1,017-858, giving me a 54.2% win rate.
I have put a total of $71,072.50 into action, and have made a net profit of $1,592.99, producing a 2.24% ROI. My Return on Capital is 72.08%, which is incredibly impressive.
The average odds of my bets are -104, and my average bet size is risking $37.46.
I have made the most profit in the NBA, with MMA a close second. NHL has produced the worst return for me.
I made the most money placing my bets at Bovada, and I've lost the most money at Pinnacle. I've made the most of my bets at BetOnline, with Pinnacle coming in 2nd.

Well, I have been at this for 160 days now. That's an average of 12 bets per day (that number is going to start dropping a lot, now that I've gone back to the basics). My average daily profit currently sits at $9.96, which is an average monthly profit of $302.83.
As for the Profit Performance graph, its trending upward again. Woohoo! That's just awesome seeing that.
I have to keep telling myself to be patient. This is definitely a grind. It's a long, slow process. Almost half a year has gone by since I started this site!
It's been so much work for very little profit, but I'm re-investing my profits back into my bankroll, so it's going to continue growing. Eventually, I'll have a $5,000 bankroll, then $10,000, then $25,000, then $50,000 and so forth.
With a $50,000 bankroll (a number which still seems way too far away from me), and keeping the same numbers as I've averaged for the past 5-6 months, I would be generating about $134 in profit per day.
I have a long way to go until I reach that point, but I know I'm on the right track. I'll get there. It's just a matter of putting in the work. My models work. My method of picking handicappers works. It's just a matter of being patient and putting in the work.
